Trueline Talent’s client, an established national general contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects valued at $5M to $25M. Based in the Atlanta-area with regular travel to sites, the role offers $110,000-$140,000 plus bonus.

You will manage diverse commercial builds, coordinate procurement and buyout, interpret plans, and deliver monthly cost projections and owner billings with a strong emphasis on client relations.

Qualifications

• Must have PM experience on commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $25M.
• Full-cycle PM experience including estimating, buyout, billing, and cost forecasting.
• Experience with web-based project management software (e.g., Procore).
• Experience with project scheduling software.
• Able to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams, clients, subs, and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple commercial projects valued at $5M–$25M at different stages of construction.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor procurement and buyout, including scope reviews and contract writing.
• Research and resolve drawing interpretation issues, conflicts, and errors.
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, owner billings, and monthly reports.
• Prepare owner billings by validating in-place quantities and subcontractor billings.
• Forecast total cost to completion with monthly cost projections.
• Oversee schedules and provide progress updates.
• Attend weekly subcontractor meetings as needed.
• Support superintendents to complete each project.
• Build long-term relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
