Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager is required.
• Experience managing projects $1M-$20M and diverse ground-up work.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall plans.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Review plans, contracts, specs and project documents.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and financial performance.
• Provide leadership to junior staff and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
