Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project management in a customer-facing technology environment.
Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS and digital transformation projects.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams and seniority levels.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise government implementation projects across the United States and Canada.
Serve as primary delivery lead between customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to translate requirements into delivery plans.
Drive customer readiness activities including adoption and change management.
