Job summary

Archistar is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Government Solutions to lead enterprise software implementations for public sector customers from Austin, TX, with remote work options. You will manage delivery across the US and North America, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and government stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will lead governance, risk, and change management efforts, ensuring customer value and adoption while navigating complex regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management or delivery within a customer-facing tech environment.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with GovTech, urban planning, or public sector initiatives is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise government implementations.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Act as primary delivery contact for government customers and partners.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones.
