Job summary

Archistar is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Government Solutions, to lead enterprise software implementations for government customers across the United States and North America. You will act as primary delivery lead between customers and internal teams, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery aligned to outcomes.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, manage governance, and drive adoption of AI-powered planning solutions in complex, often politically sensitive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS or digital transformation projects.
• Proven delivery of complex government or public-sector initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments across teams and seniority levels.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise government implementation projects in the US and beyond.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status updates and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Success teams to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Drive change readiness, training coordination and end-user adoption.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones and distributed teams.
