Job summary

Publitas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations, guiding major brands from onboarding to expansion. This remote-first role emphasizes asynchronous delivery, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and measurable customer value.

You will lead scoping sessions, technical workshops, and API/integration scopes, while mentoring junior PMs and maturing delivery practices in a global, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SaaS implementation experience in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to manage complex implementation lifecycles from onboarding to expansion.
• Deep understanding of HTML, design tools, analytics, APIs, and custom integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from onboarding to expansion.
• Lead scoping sessions and technical workshops with enterprise clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and manage risks.
• Mentor junior PMs to mature delivery practices.
