Super.com is seeking a Senior Manager, Payments to own and execute the payments roadmap for both travel and subscription models. You will partner with engineering, product, data, and finance to deliver best-in-class payments experiences globally and drive credible, data-informed decisions while maintaining a high standard of execution.

You will lead a cross-functional MAT, guide executives, and own delivery from requirements to launch, including international expansion and dynamic routing

Formación

• 7+ years hands-on with a complex, tech-forward payments stack including gateways, processors and acquirers.
• Experience leading cross-functional payments initiatives from requirements through launch and stabilization.
• Ability to write clear requirements and defend prioritization decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and drive the payments product roadmap with the Head of Payments.
• Lead the payments MAT, set priorities, cadence, and planning.
• Own delivery: sequence work, remove blockers, manage scope and ship success.
• Act as day-to-day payments SME for routing, processing, and decisions.
• Lead international market entry, assess local method coverage and regulatory requirements.
