Ethic is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to help build and evolve our core platform, client-facing experiences, and internal tools in a fintech setting in New York, NY. This generalist PM role collaborates with design and engineering to ship high-quality features that align with values-based investing and sustainability goals.

You will own roadmap delivery across multiple product areas, balance scope and timelines, and work with Sustainability to reflect priorities in the product

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering features against a roadmap.
• Experience on B2C or user-facing products in fintech or technology environments.
• Familiarity with investment or financial products and the core functionality of financial platforms.
• At least one PM role or project with a meaningful sustainability focus (ESG data/analytics, carbon reporting, sustainable investing).

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to execute against the roadmap.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback and product data to inform prioritization.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a core member of the Build Team to drive development from concept to launch.
• Act as primary liaison to Sustainability to reflect priorities in the roadmap.
• Communicate progress, surface risks, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
• Capture requirements with Client Success, Growth, Sustainability, and Operations.
