Job summary

EquityZen, part of Morgan Stanley, seeks a detail-oriented Associate, Platforms to help push the private markets platform forward. You will work with senior leadership to execute the roadmap, partner with design and engineering on user-centric features, and draft specs, wireframes, and API guides for internal teams.

You will analyze usage data, support deployments, and participate in agile ceremonies. A 1–3 year background in product-related roles and a passion for fintech are ideal for this

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management or related role in a tech startup or similar environment.
• Undergraduate degree in Technology, Finance, or Economics.
• Interest in Fintech, Wealthtech or regulated industries is a plus.
• Experience supporting the product lifecycle from ideation to launches.

Responsibilities

• Support complex, time-sensitive initiatives to advance the EquityZen platform.
• Collaborate with senior product leadership to execute the roadmap.
• Work with design and engineering to build user-centric products with strong UX.
• Draft specs, create wireframes, conduct UAT, and assist in A/B testing.
• Provide platform-incident support and assist releases training.
• Develop technical documentation including API specs and integration guides.
• Analyze customer usage data to derive product insights.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and coordinate with Engineering.
• Gather feedback from Sales, Operations, Compliance and other teams.
