Job summary

Ethic in New York, NY is seeking a versatile Product Manager, Sr. Associate to help build Ethic’s core platform, client-facing experiences, and internal tools.

This generalist PM works across product areas, partnering with design and engineering to ship high-quality features in a fast-paced fintech environment and drive sustainability-focused initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with engineering and design on roadmaps, gather user feedback, measure impact, and translate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or tech.
• Experience working on B2C or user-facing products.
• Sustainability/ESG focus is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from discovery through launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to execute against the roadmap and manage trade-offs.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback, stakeholder input, and product data to inform prioritization.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a core member of the Build Team, driving product development from concept to launch.
• Act as the primary liaison to Sustainability to reflect priorities in the roadmap.
• Communicate progress clearly, surface risks early, and align cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Growth, Sustainability, and Operations to gather requirements and feedback.
• Support product initiatives for reporting, data presentation, and usability of the platform.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Design on user flows and UX, and with Engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
