• Experience shipping software products in high-quality SaaS or AI businesses.
• Ability to work with engineers, designers and customers.
• Strong product craft and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents to execute complex, multi-step financial workflows.
• Own agent orchestration, evaluation and reliability.
• Translate emerging LLM capabilities into products that deliver measurable customer value.
• Define how financial professionals interact with AI-powered products.
• Create intuitive experiences across research, analysis, documents and collaborative workflows.
• Make AI capabilities fast, reliable and effortless to use.
• Own APIs, integrations, enterprise controls, permissions, usage and billing infrastructure.
• Solve security, scalability, governance and enterprise adoption challenges.
• Own security and governance capabilities enabling safe AI adoption.
• Develop identity, authentication, authorization, access controls and auditing.
• Collaborate with CISOs and stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements.
• Balance robust security with usable UX for rapid adoption.
