Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. in Seattle is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Federal, SCIF, and Tenant Improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to deliver secure environments on fast-paced interiors. The ideal candidate has SCIF/Federal project delivery experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with SCIF and/or Federal construction.
• Strong background in commercial interiors and tenant improvements.
• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Federal, SCIF, and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans with the field team.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, change orders, and cost reporting.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, scope development, and buyouts.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner communications.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and Federal requirements.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Drive safety, quality, and client service standards.
