Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Seattle office and lead federal market expansion throughout the Pacific Northwest.

The role focuses on Federal Government and DoD construction with projects ranging from $50M to $300M+. The ideal candidate has significant DoD/NAVFAC experience and a proven track record delivering large, complex federal projects.

Qualifications

• Direct Federal Government construction experience required.
• Significant commercial/general contracting leadership experience.
• Strong preference for DoD/NAVFAC or military installation experience.
• Proven experience delivering large projects in the $50M–$300M+ range.
• Pacific Northwest federal construction experience and market relationships strongly preferred.
• Experience with JBLM, Naval Base Kitsap/Bremerton, or similar installations desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, pursue new work, and identify market opportunities.
• Strong operational, financial, and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HITT’s strategy for entering the Pacific Northwest federal market.
• Identify new federal opportunities, partnerships, and strategic ventures.
• Build relationships with government clients, industry partners, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead federal pursuits, proposals, interviews, and business development efforts.
• Provide executive oversight for complex federal projects ranging from $50M–$300M+.
• Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project financials, schedules, risk, quality, and overall execution.
• Build, mentor, and develop project teams to support long-term growth of the federal business.
