Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Seattle to lead the Federal Government portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with government clients, and guide pursuits from preconstruction through closeout.

The role focuses on DoD and NAVFAC projects, typically in the $50M–$300M+ range, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven federal delivery experience. You will mentor teams and oversee safe, on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial/general contracting experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Direct Federal Government construction experience required.
• Strong preference for DoD and/or NAVFAC experience.
• Demonstrated ability to pursue new work and identify market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for entering and expanding in the Pacific Northwest federal market.
• Identify federal opportunities, partnerships, and ventures.
• Build relationships with government clients and industry partners.
• Lead federal pursuits, proposals, interviews, and business development efforts.
• Provide executive oversight for complex federal projects ranging from $50M–$300M+.
• Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project financials, schedules, risk, quality, and execution.
• Mentor and develop project teams for long-term federal growth.
