Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• M&A integration or large-scale cross-functional program experience.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority.
• Comfortable operating across multiple concurrent workstreams under ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leads post-close M&A integration planning and execution (systems, process, org alignment).
• Drives cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Builds and maintains integration playbooks, trackers, and governance cadences.
• Partners with functional leaders to resolve cross-team dependencies and remove blockers.
• Operates with significant autonomy in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; exercises judgment on priority and escalation.
• Reports status, risks, and decisions to Transformation Office leadership and executives.
