Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise Transformation in Houston, TX. You will own execution of IT and transformation projects within the Transformation Office, delivering on time, in scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include planning and executing projects, maintaining plans and RAID logs, coordinating across IT, stakeholders, and vendors, and reporting progress to leadership. The role requires 3–5 years PM experience and PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience; IT project delivery experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Overview
