Overview

Owns end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and M&A integration workstreams, driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Product.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience required
• M&A integration or large-scale cross-functional program experience required
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
• Comfortable operating across multiple concurrent workstreams under ambiguity and shifting priorities

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise systems exposure (Salesforce, NetSuite, ERP) a plus
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
