Meta seeks an experienced program manager to support its global enterprise software and AI portfolio within ETSO. You will drive licensing strategies, usage observability, and cost controls across SaaS contracts to ensure measurable value and governance.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sourcing, Finance and Legal to define requirements, optimize renewals, and align licensing with industry standards, driving TCO improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years owning large-scale third-party software portfolios.
• Experience defining functional requirements and influencing Eng/Product roadmaps.
• Experience leading software licensing and cost-efficiency programs at scale.
• Proven track record negotiating enterprise software deals and renewals.
• Fluency with third-party AI agreements, including consumption-based pricing.
• Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS and 3P AI vendor landscape.
• Experience with consumption showback or chargeback across business units.
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and savings.
• Familiarity with software asset management tooling and vendor metering.
• Ongoing AI skill development and familiarity with AI technologies.
• Hands-on familiarity with vendor-metered AI pricing constructs.
• Experience in AI commercial management and licensing lifecycle automation.
• Experience implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
