Job summary

CVP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery for NIH\'s core enterprise directory and people-data hub. This role supports staff onboarding/offboarding, logical and physical access, and the distribution of validated person/organization data to many downstream systems.

You will own O&M, enhancements, and modernization across scope, schedule, cost, and backlog; lead release planning and risk management; coordinate change/security processes through TRB/CAB and ARB; oversee SLA

Qualifications

• Must have IT project/program management experience in federal settings.
• Experience delivering EPLC/Agile projects and managing complex multi-system integrations.
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle, badge/account workflows, and data-quality management.

Responsibilities

• Own operations & maintenance, enhancements, and modernization delivery for NIH across scope, schedule, cost, and backlog.
• Lead release planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage EPLC artifacts and coordinate change/security processes through TRB/CAB and ARB.
• Oversee SLA performance and Tier II/III support coordination.
• Support DevSecOps/CI-CD delivery and cloud-native modernization.
• Manage complex interconnections among Active Directory, NIH enterprise web services, and downstream systems.
