Zusammenfassung

Padmore Global Connections LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager with deep knowledge of data migrations, governance, cleansing, exports and APIs to modernize enterprise data assets.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience, familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH/FedRAMP, and strong vendor-management and communication skills. Remote role with preference for EST facilities, possible in-office for rare needs.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in project management with IT projects and roadmaps.
Experience with HIPAA-constrained data elements and health data.
Experience in enterprise PMO environments and dashboards.
Proficiency with project tools, metrics, schedules, and status reports.
Strong communication, IT budgeting, and reporting skills.

Aufgaben

Lead data migration efforts and govern related activities.
Plan, manage, and track IT projects from conception to completion.
Oversee vendor management and contractual relationships.
Gather requirements for health and human service systems.
Develop dashboards, schedules, and status reports for governance.
Coordinate project status meetings and risk reviews.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP.
Align projects with regulatory and policy changes.
