Job summary

Verato Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-impact projects for strategic accounts in the healthcare data space.

You will manage project leadership, stakeholder relationships, and delivery of solutions aligned with the Verato identity management platform. You will work cross-functionally to ensure measurable business value, while guiding teams of architects, consultants, customer success managers, and technical support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in strategic consulting or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) technologies preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems (EMRs, integration engines, analytics platforms).
• PM methodologies (PMP and Agile) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of high-priority projects and ensure alignment with customer objectives and timelines.
• Serve as primary liaison for strategic accounts and executive stakeholders to align project goals with broader strategy.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Define, measure, and report ROI metrics for implemented solutions to demonstrate business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account-specific objectives.
• Provide guidance on Verato's technology and implementation best practices for customers.
• Develop project documentation and data flows tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate technical workshops and strategy sessions with client teams.
