Job summary

Verato is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-impact, cross-functional projects across strategic accounts in healthcare and related markets. You will lead project delivery, manage executive relationships, and ensure value realization through ROI metrics while partnering with product, engineering, and customer success teams.

The role reports to the VP of Professional Services, Customer Experience and requires strong communication, risk governance, and mentoring capabilities to drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management in strategic consulting or complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise with MDM or EMPI technologies and technical solution delivery.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems such as EMRs, integration engines, and analytics platforms.
• PM methodologies (PMP and Agile certifications preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for key engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of high-priority projects from initiation to delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison for strategic accounts with executive stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate critical issues.
• Define, measure, and report ROI metrics for implemented solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of objectives.
• Mentor junior project team members and manage resource allocation.
• Ensure privacy and security compliance across projects.
