Job summary

WRITER is hiring a Senior Staff Product Manager to shape the next chapter of our AI-powered enterprise platform. You will own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces spanning multiple product areas, acting as a force-multiplier across the organization, and guiding initiatives from discovery through launch.

You will partner with the VP of Product and engineering teams, translating company goals into clear bets, while maintaining a relentless focus on customer needs and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or AI/ML
• Senior- or staff-level experience managing across multiple teams
• Customer-focused mindset with clear business judgment and technical fluency

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact product initiatives end-to-end across multiple squads
• Shape strategy and roadmap with product leadership and VP of Product
• Engage with enterprise buyers and end users to uncover needs and validate solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and design on requirements and tradeoffs for LLMs and platform architecture
• Align stakeholders across go-to-market, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Define success metrics and communicate outcomes to leadership
• Mentor PMs and raise product craft across the org
