Job summary

PPC Partners seeks a Senior AI Product Manager to lead product strategy, adoption, lifecycle management, and value realization for enterprise AI and technology products across a growing family of companies.

Reporting to the Director of AI Strategy and Enablement, you will translate AI priorities into roadmaps, requirements, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes for both internally developed capabilities and third-party platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software product management, ownership, or digital leadership experience.
• 3+ years delivering AI-enabled products, platforms, or solutions in a medium to large organization.
• Experience translating business needs into product roadmaps, requirements, and backlogs.
• Experience managing AI-enabled SaaS platforms in production with lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and lifecycle planning for AI and enterprise tech products.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, backlogs, launch plans, and adoption plans.
• Drive adoption, KPIs, user feedback, and value realization across products.
• Partner with IT, cybersecurity, vendors, and stakeholders to evaluate, launch, and scale AI-enabled products.
• Identify hazards and promote safety within daily work activities and processes.
• Understand financial limits and authority for bidding, contracts, and change orders.
