Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Staff AI Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise AI platform and experiences.

You will translate complex capabilities into actionable roadmaps and collaborate across engineering, design, security, legal, and business teams to deliver secure, high-impact AI solutions for Cisco's global workforce. Qualifications

8+ years in product management with AI domain expertise (ML/NLP/LLM).
Proven track record from concept to pilot to deployment in enterprise settings.
Experience with technical teams and understanding APIs, integrations, and enterprise data architectures.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex feedback into clear PRDs.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI solutions.
Champion platform-level thinking and avoid fragmentation in the ecosystem.
Lead requirements gathering and own PRDs from focus groups to final specs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, security, legal and business teams.
Influence roadmaps and architecture through data, narrative and partnerships.
Advocate for automation features addressing high-impact workflows with enterprise tools.
Engage stakeholders, synthesize feedback, and iterate on prototypes.
Define success metrics, pilots, and drive adoption with data-driven insights.
