Job summary

Striveworks is hiring a Senior Product Manager for AI Infrastructure & Agentic. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with software engineers, data scientists, and sales, ensuring the platform meets evolving customer needs and delivers enterprise value.

You will work on highly complex software products, operationalizing cutting‑edge AI technologies, and partnering with marketing to position new capabilities and support launches.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of product management or closely related experience building complex software for enterprise/government.
• Strong fluency in AI/ML systems and ability to work with engineers, data scientists, and infra teams.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, priorities, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee alignment of engineering priorities with roadmap and deadlines.
• Lead product acceptance testing and validate features meet requirements.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and communications on new features.
• Support go-to-market with marketing and collateral; inform roadmap with customer feedback.
