Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives within the Connected Living Solutions business unit. You will bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, productivity improvements, and organizational excellence.

The role emphasizes LEANPD-based execution, risk management, and effective communication across global teams, with a hybrid workplace in Middletown, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) or related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with product certification processes (UL, CSA, IEC, or similar).
• Experience with project life cycle, change management, including planning, execution, and adoption of organizational changes.
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Plant level material productivity initiatives.
• Follow the LEANPD process across the full project lifecycle from idea creation through release.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate with plant and global stakeholders to identify impediments and ensure timely execution.
• Facilitate communication of project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Manage project budget and deliver within scope, budget, and schedule.
