Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of critical initiatives within the Connected Living Solutions (CLS) Business Unit. This strategic role encompasses three key areas: (1) coordinating product certification programs and supporting technical leaders in improving relationships with external certification agencies, (2) driving corporate-driven and BU independent special engineering initiatives and (3) driving initiatives to improve AI adoption across teams

Job Requirements
Project Management
  • The role carries overall responsibility for successful project execution, ensuring all deliverables meet project charters and customer requirements. The Project Manager is the single point of accountability for project outcomes from initiation through deployment
  • Effective project planning is a cornerstone of this role. The Project Manager will lead and develop cross-functional project plans covering all core disciplines of project management
  • The Project Manager is expected to demonstrate excellent cross-functional leadership — guiding global project members toward high performance while representing the highest standards of integrity, technical competence, and professionalism to customers and suppliers alike. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are non‑negotiable expectations of this role.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for Plant level material productivity projects and initiatives
  • The Project Manager will follow the LEANPD process and associated control documentation for project execution. This encompasses the full project lifecycle — from idea creation and planning, through sampling, validation, qualification, and final release — ensuring process discipline and documentation integrity at every stage.
  • Periodically/continuously manage project deliverables and actively influence stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps aligned with business objectives and priorities
  • Coordinate with plant and global stakeholders for timely execution, identification and mitigation of impediments to deliver the productivity goals
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership
  • Manage project allocated budget and deliver project in scope and budget and on time
Product Certification Project Management
  • Facilitate product certification projects across various industry standards (UL, CSA, VDE, etc.), coordinating between internal & external teams to drive for on‑time and on‑cost product certifications
  • Coordinate and support CLS BU certification technical leaders in driving process improvements and strengthening relationships with external certification agencies
Special Engineering Initiatives
  • Lead corporate-driven and BU independent strategic engineering initiatives and improvement projects within CLS engineering organization
  • Manage change management processes for new tools, methodologies, or process improvements
  • Coordinate innovation pilots, proof-of-concept projects, and retrospectives
  • Drive adoption of best practices in project management and engineering processes
