Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Manager, Engineering & Manufacturing Processes to lead the PMO, standardize end-to-end engineering and manufacturing processes, and enable rapid scaling across product and machine development, NPI, industrialization, and production handoff.

The role requires a hands-on engineering leader who can build a team, introduce scalable tools and governance, and partner with IT and enterprise functions to ensure consistent execution across sites, with relocation to

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing engineering, NPI, industrialization, or related disciplines.
Experience building and running a PMO for engineering development and large-scale manufacturing.
Proven ability to design and standardize engineering and manufacturing processes across functions.
Strong understanding of product development, NPI, engineering change, and manufacturing readiness for high-volume manufacturing.
Experience establishing workflows, operating models, governance, and data structures.

Responsibilities

Design and standardize end-to-end processes spanning product development, machine development, NPI, process validation, and manufacturing ramp.
Establish lifecycle standards, design reviews, readiness gates, change control, and release processes.
Define cross-functional handoffs, ownership, decision rights, and deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
Identify gaps and implement scalable improvements across programs and sites.
Develop practical standards, templates, and workflows balancing discipline with speed.
