Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Staff Project Manager IV for a hybrid role based in Middletown, PA. You will lead cross-functional manufacturing and product development initiatives, coordinating between engineering, operations, suppliers and stakeholders to drive execution and launch.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing tooling/processes, strong leadership, and experience with Six Sigma and Lean methods. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• 8+ years of experience with manufacturing tooling and processes in stamping, machining, molding, and stamping.
• Excellent leadership ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to work toward completion of projects within defined schedules.
• Working knowledge of six sigma and lean manufacturing tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize rapidly changing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through production launch, ensuring alignment to objectives, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful execution.
• Drive accountability for project deliverables, milestones, and action items across teams.
• Create capital expenditure requests for Business Unit/Segment approval.
