Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is expanding its Energy Solutions division and seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex energy projects, including low/medium voltage systems and BESS installations. You will plan, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope for hyperscale clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 7+ years PM experience, and strong leadership and client-facing skills. PMP preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience overseeing large-scale energy solutions, data centers, or power infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; multi-project management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project plans for energy solutions and hyperscale clients.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce training/ certification programs.
• Manage cross-functional design, installation, and commissioning teams.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources for on-time delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and drive high client satisfaction.
