Overview

Senior EPC Lead | GreenBridge Energy | Partnering with Global Renewable Energy businesses

This position will manage the safety, budgets, contracts, schedules and vendor coordination for a Hyperscale Data Center.

This is an on-site position based in the Northern US in sometimes an extreme cold climate, rotation schedule to be provided.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Oversee project planning and execution, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and cost controls.
• Manage contracts, submittals, procurement, and change orders, maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors to drive collaboration and resolve issues.
• Lead and participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and close-out processes to ensure a zero-punch-list handover.
• Review and approve drawings, RFIs, bids, and contractor payments, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor overall project performance, provide variance analyses, and deliver final reports on outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field with 6+ years PM experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale construction projects ($10M+) ideally in Hyperscale Data Centers.
• Proficiency in scheduling, cost control, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of value engineering, budgeting, and contract management.
• Ability to travel and work in varied environments and sometimes extreme climate conditions.
