Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Project Manager – Onsite Power Delivery to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of on-site power infrastructure for large-data center developments. You will oversee microgrid plants, substations, HV distribution, and commissioning, interfacing with customers, engineering, and contractors.

The role requires 5–10+ years in large infrastructure projects and a BS in a related field; PMP/PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years managing large-scale infrastructure or electrical construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PE preferred but not required.
• Experience with medium- and high-voltage electrical systems and substations.
• Experience delivering data centers or energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating long-lead equipment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of onsite power infrastructure scopes.
• Manage onsite microgrid delivery and substations.
• Coordinate with AHJs and permitting authorities.
• Develop and manage power delivery budgets.
• Oversee bid packages, contractor selection, and contracts.
• Ensure safety, compliance with HV standards.
• Provide data-driven updates to leadership.
• Plan energization milestones and commissioning.
