Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is expanding its Energy Solutions division and seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex hyper-scale projects, including data centers, large-scale power generation, and BESS installations.

You will own planning, financial management, and execution, directing cross-functional teams, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver on time and on budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience in energy solutions, electrical contracting, power generation, or data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams managing design, installation, and commissioning of energy solutions projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet client specs and company standards.
• Serve as primary client liaison for hyperscale and enterprise accounts, building strong relationships.
• Mentor and develop project management talent, fostering high-performance teams.
