Job summary

Designing a better world with Coffman Engineers' Houston office, you will serve as a Senior Project Manager in our Energy Group. You will lead multidiscipline teams, coordinate across time zones, and manage direct client relationships with premier Korean clients, including site visits and oversight of budgets and quality control.

You bring 10+ years in a technical field, strong English and Korean writing/communication, and a proactive team mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Registration as a P.E. is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power required.
• Korean fluency is required.
• Work with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms is preferred.
• Experience with MS Office programs.
• Desire to work as a pro-active team player.
• Exceptional technical writing and communication skills in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services to multidiscipline teams across multiple time zones.
• Direct client management with premier Korean clients.
• Occasional site visits, managing meetings, budgets, quality control and engineering design execution.
• Support teamwork in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on design excellence.
