Job summary

Coffman Engineers’ Houston office seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our Energy Group on long‑term, multi‑discipline projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget deliverables across time zones.

This role requires strong English and Korean communication, PE preferred, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power.
• P.E. registration preferred.
• Korean fluency required.
• Experience with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms preferred.
• Strong MS Office literacy and technical writing.
• Excellent English and Korean communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services to multidiscipline teams across time zones.
• Direct client management with premier Korean clients and coordinate meetings.
• Manage budgets, quality control, and engineering design execution.
• Occasional site visits and cross‑functional team mentoring.
