Job summary

Coffman Engineers’ Houston office seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our Energy Group on long‑term, multi‑discipline projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget deliverables across time zones.

This role requires strong English and Korean communication, PE preferred, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power.
• P.E. registration preferred.
• Korean fluency required.
• Experience with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms preferred.
• Strong MS Office literacy and technical writing.
• Excellent English and Korean communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services to multidiscipline teams across time zones.
• Direct client management with premier Korean clients and coordinate meetings.
• Manage budgets, quality control, and engineering design execution.
• Occasional site visits and cross‑functional team mentoring.

Coffman Engineers is seeking aSeniorProject Managerwith 10+ years of experienceto join our team in Houston as a long‑term member of our highly‑respected team, with specific support being provided to our Energy Group. Our clients hire us for the largest, most exciting battery energy storage, data centers, PV, and power generation projects.Increasingly, Coffman is being engaged by multiple large Korean companies active in the energy and battery space. The role involves providing project management services to multidiscipline teams across multiple time zones, managing teams and coordinating internal and external communication for development of deliverables. Effort will include direct client management with premier Korean clients, occasional site visits, managing meetings, budgets, quality control, and engineering design execution.We work in tight‑knit teams that support and mentor each other and are managed with a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Registration as a P.E. is preferred
• Minimum 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power required
• Korean fluency is required
• Work with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms is preferred
• Experience with MS Office programs
• Desire to work as a pro‑active team player.
• Exceptional technical writing and communication skills in English and Korean
