Job summary
Concentrix is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead EMS transformation, automation, client onboarding, and operational improvement projects within a growing managed services organization. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, drive execution, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable business results.
The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder management, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive Program or Project Management experience.
- Experience delivering transformation, automation, or managed services programs.
- Strong planning, risk, dependency, and resource coordination skills.
- Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Jira/Smartsheet.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple EMS projects from inception through implementation and stabilization.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans with scope, milestones, risks, resources, and timelines.
- Establish governance, communications, escalation, and leadership reporting.
