Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD and its integration with Workday and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning to optimization.
• Support the migration from ServiceNow to Workday.
• Focus on delivering knowledge articles and centralized HR support tools.
• Work with system implementation partners to ensure technical feasibility.
• Provide support to development teams by debugging integration issues.
• Drive decision-making and conflict resolution within cross-functional teams.
