Ambience Healthcare is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Emergency Department platform. You will own the clinician-facing ED experience from triage to disposition, driving roadmap, and measuring outcomes with customers.

This live product requires collaboration with Engineering, Design, Clinical AI/ML, and GTM teams. You will focus on core workflow, MDM quality, note editing, and Epic integration, with opportunities to explore chart context and patient summaries based on clinician needs and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience with end-to-end ownership of a product area.
• Proven ability to learn a complex domain through firsthand user research.
• Strong technical fluency - comfortable with AI/ML products, data, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience shipping user-facing products with complex workflows and reliability requirements.
• Strong product judgment and clear writing; able to decide with incomplete information.

Responsabilités

• Set ED priorities based on clinician needs, product quality, and value.
• Shadow clinicians to understand triage, reassessments, and ED course.
• Own the ED workflow across Ambience, Epic Haiku, and native app; manage documentation during shifts.
• Partner with Scribe, Chart Prep, CDI, and EHR integration teams to own the ED experience.
