Job summary

Ambience Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Emergency Department Platform.

You will own the ED product and clinician experience from initial assessment through disposition, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Clinical AI to deliver reliable, compliant documentation and integrations with Epic. You will set the ED roadmap, evaluate new capabilities, and measure outcomes with customers, aiming to improve efficiency and accuracy in high-stakes ED workflows in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven ability to learn a complex domain through user research.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML, data, APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the ED product roadmap and clinician workflow from triage to disposition.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical AI, and GTM to deliver value.
• Measure outcomes: note accuracy, latency, and adoption across customers.
• Drive adoption with customer feedback and enterprise integration (Epic).
