Job summary

Pennant Services is hiring a Product Manager to make the technology clinicians and operations teams use every day simpler, faster and easier to work with. You'll build on our EMR foundation, connecting it with surrounding products so clinicians spend less time on technology and more time with patients. You'll join a small cross-functional team reporting to product leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product related experience in healthcare SaaS or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with home health or hospice EMR as user/administrator/product partner
• End-to-end product ownership from discovery to delivery and outcomes
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations and data with engineers
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to influence across groups
• Ability to lead by influence across clinical, operational and technical teams
• Go-getter mindset with ownership and follow-through
• Experience with Agile practices and modern product discovery

Responsibilities

• Make the clinician's day seamless by reducing clicks and enhancing EMR workflows
• Improve back-office operations by streamlining intake, scheduling, billing and quality processes
• Define outcomes, align with KPIs, and own product roadmap with leadership
• Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver releases rapidly with high quality
• Ensure usability and adoption through intuitive product interfaces for clinicians and staff
• Stay informed on post-acute tech landscape and inform priorities
