Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Proven expertise using Earned Value Management tools and processes to manage complex schedules and budgets.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Lead and manage key proposals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Employ PM tools and development processes (EVM, SOW, WBS, BOE, scope/requirements).
• Establish and own a programmatic MOS.
• Collaborate with Program Control to review cost and schedule metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
• Communicate program management and financial issues to leadership.
