Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer to support the development, testing, qualification, and delivery of advanced electro-mechanical actuation systems for defense and next-generation aircraft applications.

You will coordinate across engineering teams, support project schedules and risk management, and contribute to product validation through build, integration, and testing activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Experience supporting product development, testing, qualification, validation
• Experience with root cause and corrective action methodologies
• Familiarity with project coordination tools and processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Coordination: support schedules, milestones, and execution plans
• Coordinate development activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and program execution
• Engineering Development & Testing: participate in development and qualification
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations
• Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
