Job summary

Westwing seeks a Junior Quality Manager to ensure Westwing Collection products meet high standards. You will manage overall product quality, collect feedback from suppliers and customers, and collaborate with Buying, Creative and Engineering teams to implement improvements for our international customer base.

This permanent role is based in Munich. You will analyse trends, work cross-functionally to raise quality, leverage AI tools for tracking, and build strong supplier relationships across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or completed manufacturing apprenticeship.
• 1+ year of quality management or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supplier and product performance to identify quality focus areas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality across the Westwing Collection.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize quality tracking and reporting.
• Refine quality standards for new projects and align with suppliers.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers across Asia and Europe.
• Serve as the main contact for customer, delivery, and design teams on quality issues.
