Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead DoD Healthcare Programs at Fort Detrick, MD. This onsite role requires oversight of contract management, staffing, risk, and performance, coordinating with Government leadership and COR, and delivering results for federal clients.

Ideal candidates bring experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, familiarity with DoD contracts, strong executive communication, and the ability to lead multiple functional teams while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience managing work comparable in complexity to the PWS.
• Ability to coordinate personnel and subcontractor performance.
• Strong written and oral communication; U.S. Citizenship compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract management, staffing oversight, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, risk management, and performance oversight.
• Serve as primary management interface with Government leadership/COR.
• Monitor staffing, vacancies, performance, deliverables, expenditures, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate onsite Team Leads and ensure continuity of services.
• Support Program Management Plan, staffing plan, status reporting, program reviews, transition, and quality requirements.
• Manage recruiting, retention, and replacement staffing to minimize disruption to Government operations.
