Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Documents and Customs services within our Global Forwarding division. This role emphasizes Lean AI, outcomes, and data-driven methods to improve internal and external user experience, productivity, and risk management.

The position is based in MN, IL, or Kansas City and requires collaboration with engineers, designers, product managers, marketers, analysts, and business leaders on high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED.
• 3+ years of marketplace dynamics/mechanics experience (preferred).
• Master's degree in Business/Management, Finance, Economics or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define a roadmap of strategies and products to drive growth and support customers.
• Partner with Pricing, Product, Data Science and Tech teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify, test/validate and implement marketplace growth programs.
• Manage projects from start to finish with stakeholder management and communications.
• Develop and maintain pricing intelligence to enable data-driven decisions at senior levels.
• Define requirements, metrics analysis and partner with engineering on development and launch.
• Minimize wasted tech investment by testing hypotheses and auditing existing investments.
• Evaluate new ideas with stakeholders and maintain focus on business priorities.
• Mentor other Product Managers and share best practices.
