Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee the design, build, and improvement of distribution facilities and processes. Projects range from under $1MM to over $20MM, with cross-functional involvement and vendor management from RFP through invoicing.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, including coordination with external consultants. Travel up to 50% and proximity to an airport are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a project manager, project engineer or related occupation.
• Experience managing automation or construction projects exceeding $5MM per project.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and tracking project costs.
• Proficient with project management software and handling vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scope, budget, and schedule with the Project Director.
• Coordinate vendor selection, RFPs, design, installation, and invoicing.
• Lead onsite build activities and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Communicate project status and risks clearly to stakeholders.
