Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years in project management with automation or construction exposure.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project costs.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters and scope with stakeholders; assist in capital requests.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and end-to-end vendor coordination.
• Lead onsite build/installation coordination with internal and external partners.
• Develop and manage project budgets; report timelines and status.
• Support supplier specs, RFPs, and contract negotiations as needed.
• Coordinate with Project Director and other teams to align plans.
• Travel up to 50% and be located near an airport; manage multiple scope areas.
