Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of consumer-facing digital experiences in eCommerce and self-service. You will translate business needs into user stories, lead backlog refinement, and partner with engineering, UX, and vendors to drive KPI improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management for digital products, strong Agile/Scrum experience with Jira/Confluence, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing digital products, eCommerce platforms, or customer self-service solutions.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and MVPs from concept through launch.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and epics, managing product backlogs, and prioritizing features.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver digital products.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, development, testing, UAT, and launch.
• Ability to leverage data analytics, customer insights, and research to drive product decisions and improve user experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization for consumer-facing digital experiences.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, UX, business teams, and vendors to deliver product enhancements.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint prioritization, UAT, and product releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Track product KPIs, analyze user behavior, and communicate progress to leadership.
